The scientific journal «NORTH CAUCASUS LEGAL VESTNIK» has been published since January 1997 and is included in the «List of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences» "in the field 5.1 should be published. – legal sciences: 5.1.1. The journal «NORTH CAUCASUS LEGAL VESTNIK» has been included by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the K2 category, which allows them to be recommended for mandatory publication of articles on candidate's and doctoral theses. Since September 2025, the magazine has been included in the "White List" of the RCNI. The journal is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor).
